How do you ship?
All merchandise is shipped by UPS or U.S. Postal Service. All packages are insured and trackable online. Please understand that USPS tracking information does not update as often UPS. Tracking information through USPS usually only updates three times: once when the post office is expecting package, once the package has already arrived at city of destination and once when it has been delivered. Chances are that you will have the package in your hands before you notice the change on USPS tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - All International shipments are sent through USPS First Class International or via USPS International Priority Mail. All packages are insured but are not trackable online.
How long does it take to receive an order?
All shipments in the US usually take between 2 to 5 days for delivery. International orders take between 5 to 15 business days. We take great pride in providing the fastest turnaround possible and all items are guaranteed to ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping (within United States):
- $2.95 flat rate fee for the first item; $1.00 extra per additional item purchased and shipped together.
- International Shipping (Worldwide):
- $4.95 flat rate fee for the first item; $1.49 extra per additional item purchased and shipped together.
